On February 3, 2018 the ESFTUG Executive Vice-President Mari Alugishvili and Vice-President Natia Kordzadze visited Bagdati municipality. The aim of the visit was development and strengthening of the branch organization and fastening the members and attracting the new members.

The visit was organized by the acting head of ESFTUG’s Bagdati branch organization, Tea Tavadze.

About 40 employees of 14 kindergartens of Bagdati Municipality attended the meeting.

The main topic of the meeting was "Preschool education law" and its following processes.

Mari Alugishvili talked about the importance of this law and about the ESFTUG’s engagement in the process of its adoption. In particular, on ESFTUG’s initiative and effort into the Law the article was written, that the pre-school institutions’ employees’ contracts, will be discussed with the ESFTUG’s representative’s participation, which is a guarantee that employee's labor rights violations will not happen.

ESFTUG’s Vice-President Natia Kordzadze talked about the law and subordinate acts development processes.

The meeting was held in question-answer mode.

The meeting was also attended by ESFTUG’s Organization Department Coordinator Anastasia Amisulashvili. She spoke about the training and seminars, which are conducted by ESFTUG for its members.

At the end of the meeting the future visits in Bagdati Municipality kindergartens were planned.
