On May 3, #3 reporting-election conference of ESFTUG’s Poti branch organization was held. 34 delegates from primary organizations attended the conference and unanimously elected Inga Gvasalia as the head of ESFTUG’s Poti branch organization. The conference was chaired by Svetlana Zarandia, a teacher from Poti #1 public school.

ESFTUG’s president Maia Kobakhidze and vice-president Natia Kordzadze attended the conference.

Head of kindergartens’association Margo Janiashvili, chairman of Poti City Council’s social issues committee Bakar Eradia and principals of Poti public schools also participated in the conference.

Inga Gvasalia presented organisation’s 4- year activity report, she spoke about the implemented projects, about the activities, events, training-workshops. She also presented her future plans to the audience.

After the speech of ESFTUG’s Poti branch organisation’s leader, delegates and guests were welcomed by ESFTUG’s president. Maia Kobakhidze summed up the results of organization’s 4-year work. She drew attention on sectoral agreement, teachers salaries and labor rights.

At the conference, the representative of the audit commission presented ESFTUG’s Poti branch organization’s 4 - year financial report.

At the end of the conference, head of the ESFTUG’s Poti branch organization Inga Gvasalia awarded the members of the organization and the principals of Poti public schools and kindergartens with the certificate.
