In the next academic year, along with the attraction and maintaining of the members, the Action Plan envisages the protection and representation of labor, social, economic and professional rights of employees of Kutaisi kindergartens and public schools; Raising public awareness of ESFTUG’s members; Activation of primary organizations; Stimulate successful profiles and engage in encouraging activities; Study of expectations of the members and establishment of needs; Identify challenges and find ways to solve them; Organizing cognitive cultural, artistic, sporting events and competitions at the city level; Celebrate the significant dates and financing projects initiated by members; Organizing trade union seminar-trainings for new members and activists; Partnership with local self-government, educational resource center, kindergartens’ union, public schools’ principals, timely and effective awareness of the leaders of the primary organizations.
