On November 11, on the initiative of Svetlana Surguladze, head of the ESFTUG’s Nadzaladevi branch organization, training on the topic -"Preschool Children's Inclusion" for the employees of the kindergartens was held. The seminar, which was attended by 50 participants, was provided by the trainer of the Center for Professional development of Employees in Educational Institutions Anastasia Amisulashvili. provided was trained by the staff of the professional center of the staff of the SPM Educational Institutions Anastasia Amisulashvili.

These regular trainings help ESFTUG’s members, to determine the principles of inclusive education in order to raise children with special needs in a friendly environment.

It also helps them to reinforce the child's abilities, to be more comfortable with them, to take care of their uniqueness, desires, and needs. The trainer provided video-material with theoretical material to develop practical skills.

At the end of the seminar, all participants were awarded certificates.
