According to the Kutaisi regional court's decision, the former principle of Kutaisi public school #13, Natalia Sandukhadze was reinstatement and Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia was obliged to reimburse the salary from the moment of dismiss till the period of the decision comes into force.

Another Successful trail process of the Legal Department of ESFTUG was finished on February 23. Interests of Natalia Sandukhadze were defended in court by the head of Legal Department of ESFTUG Grigol Bakuradze.

Natalia Sandukhadze was illegally dismissed according to the order of January 6, 2016. ESFTUG’s Legal Department studied the case and has prepared the qualified suit and applied to the court. After 2 court sessions on December 13, a judge Malkhaz Chubinidze announced the decision – the claims of complainant were satisfied and Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia was obliged to reimburse the forced reimbursement.
